Hey!! sup?

So I am writing my first story, but I need a name for my evil character

Not any name, but a real evil name, that scares just by mentioning it

My evil character is the master of evil or so I wrote  and he is young not too young like 20, 22 years old or so, and he wears a black pants and t-shirt and a red jacket

His eyes  are blue, his hair is black and a bit tall, and he is not White nor black.

Ohh and he drives a black  car. And that is it. He only needs a name :P

Can anyone help please  ^_^

Sorry these are all made up names (except smeagol obviously) but how scary can a name be I mean if the personality is evil enough then any decently serious kind of name will end up sounding scary...all the best with the names!!

and he fights a couple of teenagers (the chosen's in my story) :D
