Some beautiful wanderings..

Describes my idle fantasies...

Sitting on a window sill sometimes

I let my mind wander to the mountain side

Touch the horizons and reach to the zenith's height!

I roam the seas

accompanied by the cool breeze

I take a voyage around the world

Visiting places i so wish to see!

I meet the people of different countries

Getting to know their cultures diverse

I see myself achieve all my aims

And go for the big games!

I find myself in a better world

Build on the strands of truth, peace and love

Between Nations there exists no tiff

All our needs are met in a jiff!

My aimless wanderings observe no boundaries

And are even directed towards the heavenly bodies

The planets are my resting homes

The moon is my laboratory dome!

God smiles on my every move

And there are no worries with my soul

I am a flawless being

Nature being my bestest friend

Teaching me its magic grand!

I take this tour for about an hour or two

Before my mother shakes me up

My little journey halts for a while

Only to be continued some other time!

I really like this piece - a rambling, meandering write...:)
Enjoyed the rhymes...good flow....
Good visuals on this one too....can actually imagine you sitting on that windowsill..)
I also wasn't too sure about the magic grand, but that's a small thing...

For the technical bit..the rhyme isn't continuous. And "friend" and "grand" don't rhyme if tried that there.
I don't mean that poems have to have a rhyme scheme..but if you've put that in somewhere..it sounds more poetic if you continue with it instead of just in certain patches..my poems have that problem too :)
I liked the image you created..a world like that..a world everyone dreams of being in :)..a really sweetly written simple poem about the happy things in life (prospective or already there) :)
