Stupidity

Loose lips
Babbling about things.
Mostly, what they can't comprehend
Complaining...
About the government,
The price of gas,
The weather
And whatever.
Talking, like it's their life
That's worse then any other.

You see,
They're pissed off,
Because life's not fair.
It came upon them
As a big surprise.
Wishing on stars,
Crossing their fingers,
Trying to hope...
That's the bullshit
They serve themselves.
And it's all it will ever be.

Dreams do not come true,
No one gets what they deserve,
And never...
Ever...
Was there such a thing
As contentment.
 
Is the population stupid
Or
Just afraid to accept
The reality they ignore.
Traversing through the world
Obliviously.
Acting as if
Nothing is ever their fault
And
What goes around
Never comes back

My mom always told me "Life is not fair and the world doesn't owe you a thing"

I never knew what it meant until I grew up, but basically we have to make our own way in life, solve our own problems and take responsibility for our actions.
