My Letter to J

J,

So you know how I always joke and say "Hey friend! I'm secretly in love with," 

Well . . .it's actually true. 

I am in love with you.

I love seeing you everyday.

Just thinking about you makes my heart race. 

I really wish I could tell you  I like you

All I want is to be able to finally kiss you.

To silent this burning desire of mine.

I wish I could finally be with you.

When I'm with you.

I am happy.

Actual happiness.

I love your smile.

Your voice. . .it. . .I love it. 

When you laugh you make my favorite smile. 

You have a great sense of a humor. 

Your second best to someone I'm waiting for.

But if I could have chosen anyone for my soulmate it would have been you.

I wish I had met you first. 

I know I'm young.

Soon my youth will be gone. 

I've always desired a realtionship but never had one.

If I could

I would be with you.

I would want to be "High School Sweethearts" with you

If only I could have you put your arms around me and I could lie and hear your heartbeat. 

I miss our music class.

I missed txting you in class.

I remember how one time you made a face. 

Meant just for me. 

A funny face.

Just for me.

I remember how sometimes you use to stare at me

I lived for those days

Music was always my favorite way to see you. 

Everything about you 

Makes me smile

If I could be with you.

It would all be perfect. 

For me and hopefully for you.

I wonder if you still feel the same.

I wonder if you'll ever lovingly take my hand. 

If you're in a relationship and it's not with me.

I might break down inside and wonder: why?

Please don't give up on me.

Please give me a chance.

To be the one you want and possibly need in your life.

why don't you simply tell him, the longer you keep this inside the harder it will be to tell him, and someone has to make the first move

There's a dance next month at my High School that's girl's choice. I'm hoping to tell him the night of the dance. But I don't know if he feels the same way I do or night.

look sometimes you have to put yourself out there, there is no great reward without a risk.

That's true. But I also don't want to embrass myself or ruin this great friendship we have.

you also have to remember that a true friend you can share anything with, and they won't judge you. let him know you are willing to wait for him, that no matter what he says or feels he will have your loyalty, make sure you respect him in his decision, and don't push it if he says no.

You gotta tell him, girl! If you care about him this much, which is really clear here, why not say something? Ill share with you my philosophy, and its that we only get one chance at this crazy, wonderful ride called life, and we have to make it count because it could end at any moment; take risks while you can, and even if you fall, rise like a phoenix and be all the stronger for it. As well, never give up on something you love. And if you love J, you should go for it!

Go through life taking risks, live with no regrets. Trust me, if you don't tell him you will probably end up regretting it, especially if you feel that strongly. If he rejects you, just know he wasn't the right one after all. Good luck, nice piece
