Winter in the east and the Midwest was a b***h this year. And as I grow older, they seem to get
harsher and harsher. Truth be told, you can't hide the color of it nor romanticize the inflexible ultraconservative
nature of a Nor'easter . I tell my friends who live on the West coast that their missing out
on the greatest controversy that nature has to offer. When the seasons rumble, then
clash into each other.

Haiku is something I dare not even attempt. But I agree to it's brief loveliness.

It's kinda scary to admit it, but I think I would too rita..
I picked, this from your list, because I found the notion of a Haiku fascinating.

This haiku is a spot on!

I have also tried some haiku, but in vain. I have learned many things from this.

Thanks for sharing.

Warmest regards,
Devanshu

Thank you, Devanshu! Keep working on haiku - they are a lot of fun! :)
It does not take a lot of words at all
to capture the very essence
of the rivalry that exists
between summer, winter, spring and fall

You nailed it here Rita

Mother Nature gives us so much fodder... :) Thanks, KL - glad you enjoyed.
"Seasons bicker"- that is something that never occurred to me. I have always come across pieces where the seasons take their turns smoothly, even poetically. But this portrays that picture from a very different angle. And it is a very interesting one too :)

Some days it's a pretty loud argument, isn't it? ;)
I enjoyed this very much as I could see the four siblings arguing over their schedules. I am happy spring gets her turn for winter was brutal here.
