Words away

Words away

A Chapter by J. Viands

God I beg you take me from these fears within

Let the blind lead the blind

Whether or not you call it a sin

Let me give this curse back to them

The children that come back to life as they hear this

Uncertain insanity, insecure calamity

That spills from my lips

Somehow turning into a saving grace for them

Please God I feel it eating me

So let them have back what seemed to be helping them

This life line, this symbiotic existence

So long ago I had with them

I’m sorry last time I had no concern for my friends

But now I need them more then I once did

A reason to let out what’s held within

Maybe in the end saving one that needed it

So God let me give my words away again

I always seem to enjoy the end of your poems. You have a way of bringing everything back together and finishing it up so well. Lovely job.

It’s mostly because I lose track of what I’m talking about until the end:)
