You are still alive......
If Your are realizing your each breath in your life,,,,,,,,

It doesn't matter what is happening around you,,,,,,
Don't care who is talking behind you,,,,,,,,,
If you can smile even at your pain,,,,,,,,

Very real sentiments regarding our days. Life is in the simplicity, even the seemingly mundane moments of life;

Full of honesty and simplicity. I like it :) Though a few corrections would make it much better-
You have written your instead of you're. Thats a really common mistake people do.
"If Your are realizing your each breath in your life,,,,,,,," Shouldn't it be releasing instead of realizing?

Both can be used though. I said release because when we inhale we even release the air out. So well if we are going through the process of inhalation and exhalation , men as that we are alive :)
