Reach out to me, high
    Like the ebbing tide,
Encircling, all around
    Casting love spell, deep & wide…

Slide over me, gently    
    Like the ripples on the sea,
Spreading smoothly over
    Struck by cupid’s arrow, we shall be…

Shimmer on me, bright
    Like the golden sun upon the ocean,
Filling with different shades
    Carving perfectly into love’s passion…

Caress me, loving
    Like the milky waves on the shore,
Swinging back and forth constant
    Deep & deeper to its love’s core…

So much of this is beautiful, 'Filling with different shades ~ Carving perfectly into love’s passion…' and yes, very passionate and loving. Maybe the meter's out a little and could be corrected but, that doesn't detract from the emotion you've re-created with your words.
