Descriptioncome one, come only people still in grade school. I thought that i could make a group consiting of basically anyone under 20, but i want to show the older veterans the full force of out still developing talents so its not going to be easy for me to approve you if your a wanabe or if you can only write fan-fic (lazy jerks can't come up with their own ideas and leach off some anime or comic based thing) sorry got caught up in my own thoughts there, no offense
