Crush My Skull, PLEASE

Crush My Skull, PLEASE

A Poem by Arundass TP
"

To see the ocean of mysteries

"
I'm curious to open my skull
Where the vast ocean of mystery lies
Never floating, never moving
Inside my skull lies intact.

Help me cut my skull with an axe
Into two vast oceans
Where millions and million star shines
Inside my skull so intact.

Help me cut my skull with a gas cutter
To take out and see the whole cosmos
Of thoughts and images floating
Inside my skull so intact.

Help me cut my skull with a sword
To jump into vast ocean of darkness and light
Where the contrasts live so calmly
Inside my skull so intact.

Help me cut my skull into two
To see who I am, Where I am
When I came,  What I am
To see my existence, unknown!

Crush my skull.... please....
Under Mammoth foot
To end all mysteries
Written down unfaithfully...

This poem is quite violent in imagery. The words turned into brush strokes and I was given a painting which was very Picasso like. The brain is certainly a mystery and very powerful, but not something I particularly want to see. I find this poem intriguing in content Arundass.

I like this. It's brutal in its desperation for escape. I think thoughts are like water and the vessel (your skull) gives them form. Without the vessel they run away or seep into the surrounding earth. So perhaps it isn't breaking the vessel to spill all the contents that you want. You may simply need a dipper to drink from the cistern without breaking it. The revelation would last much longer and provide a deeper and greater well of life to draw from. Interesting usage of metaphor and comparison. I enjoyed the read. F.

Sure. Something is created as a mystery. I feel everything. Wish you good day friend
Powerful voice but almost too powerful. I can't get past the image of a skull literally crushed.
I understand the intent behind this but the opening of the mind is more of a spiritual act (for me) rather than a violent physical act.

Thànk you friend 😊
It seems you believe that inside your skull is a plethora of unanswered questions about your path in life….i.e. who you are, to learn about your existence…..to end the mysteries that we all are curious about…and let the thoughts and images free…you may find it impossible to solve the mysteries of one’s brain as moods change, secrets appear and hide behind bthe shadows of your skull….
Very well written , many metaphors and much learning to be done
Warmly, B

Did you ever think of consulting a psychiatrist? It's a lot less messy than skull crushing. Probably cost more, though.

Psychiatrist! Fo a poetry.... Thank you friend 😊
Imaginative poem and creative thoughts, author Arundass TP, it has your signature writing and style, which always makes it an intriguing read. Though from the perspective of your philosophy, I sympathise with how you'd want to split your head open to see your own mind in its naked self, but I suggest you take an easier route of finding yourself by simply close your minds and let yourself drift to Dreamland. As they always say, dreams reveal one's nature in the most profound manner and without the need for sensible nature, maybe the answer that you seek lies there. Regardless, it was an enjoyable read, thank you for sharing your work.
