A SundogA Poem by Cherrie Palmera windy day
Previous Version This is a previous version of A Sundog. Laments of air rave through the leaves, as the grasses and
the wind share a moment most blended the graceful reeds gather and stride like
a carousel horse spinning on its axes. This
powerful breeze breaks into the lea cascading into the waters breaking white with
shadows of gray. Surges of light, peer from the clouds tickling the waters
adding depth to her sounds. Unmovable rocks disburse the peaks sending them
flowing into creases deep. The rhythm of the tide sets beat to my heat and the
lacing of light reveals a sundog in the sky. © 2013 Cherrie PalmerReviews
