Woo A Wild Heart

Woo A Wild Heart

A Poem by Cherrie Palmer

Words caress,
eyes speak soft,
spirit strong,
ego low.
See a tender hand,
 woo
 a wild heart.

...... this is nothing less than a warm hug all wrapped up in tender words & sipped over my morning coffee :)

Charming, insightful and loving.
You have both had, and wooed, a wild heart.
How else could you so well portray such meaningful, laser-like minimalization?

I think the way it is we take turns either loving a wild heart or being loved
Ah what a page of love served up with two people cradling their respect and need for one another. Short and really sweet.

Thank you John:)
Since I have a wild heart myself, I can vouch that this is the best way to approach it. Reminds me of a dog I once had, Barley, & people couldn't go right up to her or she would growl. You had to give her a chance to be near you, watch you, watch me with you, etc., before she would chill. Love how your poem gets down to the uncomplicated basics (((HUGS))) Fondly, Margie

V.P. thank you. :)
dearest Cherrie... I love 💕 the phrase... “woo a wild heart”... it seems we have forgotten the poetry of the soul. Your words are soft and gentle as the wind on a summers day. Be blessed. Tenderly, Pat

:) thank you Pat I liked the sound of it also
The courting stage of a relationship is so beautiful. It's when we are at our best I think, in a relationship. Always kind words, patience. This is a lovely poem that sets the heart fluttering.
