Lode ai gas nobili (translation below)

A Poem by 外人 (Gaijin)
"

Thought while I was at school, got the inspiration to write before going to bed, that's the best I could work on to fight my writer's block ... hope you like it ;)

"

Nell'ottava torre fra i vostri simili vivete,

Noi uomini dovremo prendervi a modello,

TRANSLATION
Title: Praise to the noble gases

Free from the frantic chase for someone else's company,
for such an advantage, indebted to Nature,
you watch your relatives' efforts,
they flatter themselves they will find their happiness in others.

You live with your friends in the eighth tower,
you appreciate their presence,
but you don't suffer for their abscence,
you won't ever get such a huge addiction.

We, men, should take you as examples,
we have lungs to breathe,
we have a brain to think,
we already have everything in our perfect bodies !

In the periodic table you're called "The noble gases",
but you're definitely just the wisest and most stable.

We should be in debt to nature. She give her gift with little payment. Thank you for sharing the excellent poetry.

I like it! A very interesting concept, and you dealt with it nicely.

Just gorgeous diction.
