Hiccup Over The Moon

Hiccup Over The Moon

A Poem by Chase Dylan
"

Frothy wisps...

"
I took a trip past the earths moon.
I swooned and spooned the honey from on off the lips of frothy wisps that resided in the space of outer space...
Face to face with a trace of myself.
Mirror image wealth...
Now floating in the inner atmosphere.
My inner-ear hurts...
My ear-drums popped and bled.
Outta moth balls...
Spheres are another word for when we fall and look up...
The faint trace of a hiccup outlines the place where the moon used to shine.

This was soooo well written and intricate. I mean so many nice images at some point i just imagined a *random* Doolen just floating about being himself. This was super cute and reflected all those vast thoughts and emotions one would find within themselves. I loved the rhythm and flow as well.....amazing stuff !!!

Love the review! Thanks much for this one
Again, you have your own style but it's cool to watch how you can change it up. That's that hip hop coming out. There's always that rhythm there but the different breaks make it a fun read. You never allow the readers attention to drop and at the end of the day we are entertainers and you do it quite well my friend. A pleasure to take part in.

You're very welcome. Inspiring stuff man.
My friend, you are on an extraterrestrial transcendental plain that we mortals can only guess at! Genius words, rhyme, rhythm, flow. Can I say, 2020, A Space Odyssey?? "Face to face with a trace of myself"...out so far, we start anew. Love this!
