Chapter 7

This was on Tuesday.

They were discovered.

When Winter was about to leave the house, her father Mike came home. He asked her why she was in shoes and a cloak at this time of night. And with Winter being so young, she felt obliged to tell the truth.

The next day, Winter for a text from Willow

' Hey Winter, where were you yesterday? '

Winter explained to them what happened the previous night and how she was under constant supervision. She also told them that if she ever went again and her parents found out, her dads would tell the village chief about their secret club.

Mila told Winter that she had to come to their Valentine's day gathering so that her true love would notice her.

Whilst Alasdair was cooking their tea, Winter thought of some escape strategies and jotted them down in a notepad. She did not have many plans by Sunday which was a problem because she needed a quick and are idea before Tuesday so that she would be noticed.
