Humpty Dumpty:The Inquest

Humpty Dumpty:The Inquest

A Poem by Gee
"

The shocking truth behind Humptys demise.

"
After numerous tests and to manies disdain
it was found that Humpty had taken cocaine,
which led to his seizure and subsequent fall
from his favourite perch high up on the wall.
So the coroner declared, with a sigh, a sad breath,
that Humptys demise was "Eggcidental Death"
NOW.........
People may laugh and they may even joke,
but with so many starving, what a waste of a yolk!!!!

I love it when writings take something and turn it on its ear. This is an amazing reimagining of the famous nursery rhyme. Keep up the good work.
