Very funny and so true, you forgot the eye lashes. They fall off

Wit and alcohol would be the ideal elixir for muscle relaxation which would bring forth the acrobatic turn of events on stiletto heels but the catch is ….if you fall hopefully the prince will catch his princess or at least join her in the fall.

Lol, I like your version, Andrew. Thank you!
Is it the wit or the equilibrium in need of balancing? Ha.
That’s why I drink alone. 🤪🤣

I'm digging your haiku, zen like poems, straight to the point and say so much. I could feel the intoxication and the battle to stay semi conscious, the dance we all perform in bars around the world.

Thank you, JC. Welcome to my page!
Well, some can hold their liquor better than others. But even stone cold sober, how can anyone stay balanced on stiletto heels?

And they do it so well too
The stilettos are like our power tools against men.
I prefer my Doc's but stilettos make me feel instantly sexier when I wear them.

"A mate" yes indeed!
Hello, Kelly,
I read this and enjoyed it several weeks ago, but apparently did not leave a review. It conjures so many images of the humor, anticipation, excitement, nervousness, tension and energy of an evening in a bar in just a few perfect lines. Your ability to communicate so richly in brief poems is both intimidating and entrancing; much like a 5’-11” woman in stiletto heels. 😉

You are welcome, Kelly. I've always been a pushover for tall women, especially when they wear heels.
again a very succinct poem kelly.

Kelly,

I'm always so impressed with how you compress so much into so little space. A real talent, serious talent.
Thanks for sharing it.
