in gym shorts

watching lycra

girls stretch

lithely.

 

figure hugging

pants and tops

leave nothing

to the imagination

 

as I work up

a lather between

treadmill

and cross trainer,

weights

and static cycle.

 

I guess it

is a welcome

diversion that helps

not count

each and every

rep and calorie or

strenuous minute,

as I expend

enough energy

to soak

my kit

in salty perspiration

again.

I actually love this so much. It gives me a glimpse into a man's head at the gym. Seems so amusing to think that a guy that looks so concentrated on his workout might be thinking such things.
On a separate note, I do love me some latex outside of the gym >>

Getting fitted and doing exercises are always health wise and their effect are much more appropriated by the body system. But it looks to me like life don't want me close to the gym yet, it has always been keeping me busy.

ahahaha oh you dirty old man in gym's clothing :))))))) lithely stretching lycra .. hmmmmmmm kinda rolls the tongue when said ... i don't go the the gym any more .. my muscles have too many memories as it is .. ;} natural rhythm ... acceptable sensuality ... i see the setting and scene instantly .. but like i said .. lots of gym time in the past ... i wonder if one can tell those whose reverie has wandered from counting by the speed and frenzy of the reps :))))))))) enjoyed this light hearted trip and workout ... pretty well perfect music too! i watched .. i mean listened to the whole thing!
