Love after Death

Love after Death

A Poem by Dara

Somewhere between dusk

and the light of dawn

your spirit still lingers

like sweet perfume.

Your ways though quiet

were oh so strong

that I think you are here

even after you’re gone.

Oh Dara...you have touched my heart with this one...how often I feel my mother here with me...it is comforting. Your words are lovely.

I am so glad you found comfort in these words, Julie. She will always be with you.
Love and love's lingering longing and that longing's relentless inspiration.
Just a few words to reveal so much. Another soulful creation, dear Dara.
