Dazzle

Dazzle

A Poem by Patricia Wedel

In a wisp of autumn leaves

You dazzle me with your Charisma

as yellow Freesia petals float about

my mellow broken heart of memories

I listen to the sound of your breathing

wondering what you are dreaming...

Your eyes of Larkspur lavender blue

have enticed me to believe in love

high in the Sky where clouds wait for

the day when we fly away where

waterfalls will play where lovers

come to say their vows by a pond

of waterlillies in colors of delicate

emotions wrapped in beauty ...

sealed with a kiss of destiny ...

A love poem for your dearest. Looking at him while he sleeps. This poem is full of love and gratitude for a life together and all the ups and downs of that life. It is a bouquet of appreciation. It is scented, colourful and glorious. Lovebirds you two. Good morning Pat. Thank you for your poetry. Always uplifting.

Hello dear Pat and I enjoyed the poem my friend.
it is so nice that you are still dazzled while many tend to get frazzled over the years:) your home must be filled with love what a nice place to be I hope your example spread to your fledgelings when they left your nest to build their own homes:)

Lovely, lovely and lovely. You bring romance and nature into a delicate balance and then make your readers sway with the words. The art of loving life and embracing it as reflective of the greatest prize of heaven above. Have a merry day.
