April's Fool

it was April now he was going into his second month

sadly even at this time there was still not a soul who knew his actual name

yet he carried on doing what he did while paying no mind to those who lacked the manners and social skills of which he was accustomed

just like he had always done when he arrived for work he sat and he wrote

he honestly did not mind the solitude as this was a new setting and he was on a mission completion was a must

a simple hello was all it took but I wonder what events would have unfolded had he not responded back and simply just walked away

of course that creates one of those questions that usually enters into every mind the simple question of What if

I am astounded by the possibilities of what could have been the alternate path of his life

where would he have gone had this not happened and the better question would the end result have been the same

as entertained as I was by the interactions themselves I often wondered

was everything just one big misunderstanding that was blown out of proportion due to a failure of communication

then again he has always been an open book

perhaps it was the other party that was unwilling to express their emotions
