My Easter Poem

The clouds grew dark in light of the cross

The whole earth quaked as though heaven had lost

The blood that poured from His side hit the ground

At the foot of my Saviour's cross, I am found

My sin was buried and forgiven that first Easter day

Thank the Lord that He is risen and my debts repaid
