As accurate an assessment of the poetic process as can be expressed in a senryu form...poetry month has not been kind to my imagination to this point, having written only two solo pieces, but at least there's still time...well said Rita.

Thank you, Steve. I had a slow start this month (the last few months, really) - my mind becomes consumed with things at school this time of year. But as I introduce the students to poetry, my own muse wakes up a bit... :)
