The Reveal.

Here's the next part of the story - 

After a night talking, laughing, and soup, we woke the next morning. I woke to a guy leaning over me trying to wake me. This was new to me, so out of reaction, I started my ability.

"Joey!" A girls form jumped out and knocked him out of the way just in time.

"Ow ow ow ow ow..." I looked a Joey, tears swelling in his eyes.

"Gen!" Leo cried storming over, "Joey has uber senses! What was that!?"

"No," I got up, "she may have saved his life. I should pay more attention. Thanks Gen, and sorry Joey."

"What?" Keyana walked up, "how could you have killed him?"

"Obviously.."

I cut Gen off, "you don't know."

"Your ability! You kill at sight!" Keyana guessed.

"Nope!" Gen chimed, "much worse!"

"Shut up Gen." I growled.

"Mim!" Leo said exasperated, "just tell us! It can't be as bad as you think!"

"Yes it can." Gen said quietly.

"Gen, shut up!" I moaned.

"Ok look," Keyana stepped up, "you knocked down Joey and he is in serious pain. Tell us now."

"Fine!" I cried, and again spoke the next part as fast as I could, "I can drive people insane by looking at them and nobody ever survives." 

"NORMAL person say what now!?" Keyana said. 

"I know right!" Gen laughed, "it's totally freaky! In the lab, they tested her by making drive people insane!"

"What!?" Leo looked disturbed, and they all seemed to step back a little.

"Thank you Gen," I sighed, "thank you so much for telling everyone here about that."

"Your welcome! No more secrets!" Gen smiles widely. 

Leo took a step forward, "that's not true."

"Leo?" Keyana questioned, "you don't have to tell them."

"I know, but... I fell like... Like I have to."

"What is it! What is it!?!" Gen jumped excitedly.

"Gen!" I groaned.

"No," Leo sighed, "it's ok. I think this may make you feel better. I... I ran away from home a couple years ago. I have two siblings. Tessa and James. Haven't seen then since."

"Wait..." Then it dawned on me, "and your name is Leo?"

"Yeah," he said gruffly, "duh."

"Oh no..." I whispered.

Gen looked over, "you don't think..?"

"Oh my... Leo, does your family live nearby?" I panicked a little.

"Sure, but I don't care." Leo lied badly.

"Oh my... Did he lots of work with the government?"

"Sure, sometimes I guess... Why?" He asked cautiously. 

"Gen - a word?" I must have looked like I flaws freaking out (which I was) because she came strait over and the other stepped away.

"Wazzup my homey?"

"Never say that again... No - we have bigger problems right now!"

"What? Not like you killed his dad! Right..?"
Guilt overwhelmed me.

"Mim! You didn't!"
I nodded slowly
"You did!"

"Shhh! Gen! There's no way I can tell him! This is super personal and he already doesn't really trust me anyway."

"But he'll find out soon anyway!"

"I'll just wait until he trusts me." I concluded.

"Fine. But if they find out the hard way - I knew nothing."

"Whatever." 
We walked back over to join the group. We talked until lunch and then split up to find different supplies. The day was fairly quite with the exception of Leo being attacked by a bear. That poor bear.

It's time for me to rap it up. We are on the move, but that's for later. Goodbye for now.
