Forgotten

You left me alone

Tucked away in your past

Forgotten forever

but you could care less

The promises of never changing

Blew away in the wind

Just like

the memories we had

All your friendships

were left here and forgotten

I could never do that to you

even though you betrayed me

You mean too much

For me to hurt you

but what I don't get is

Why did you leave me behind?

Why didn't you take me with you?

Very pretty. And of course, the picture of Soi Fong was very needed haha. Sorry if I spelled it wrong, i remember when I was really into BLEACH years ago I adored her. But I haven't followed it in years. Did you get the inspiration for this from the comic, or write it and then think 'wow, this reminds me of BLEACH', and then find the comic?

I like this. It reminds me of lines from an Avril Lavigne song. "Because you wrote 'I wish you were her' you left out the 'E', you left without me." I like that song. Anyway. This piece has a great flow and even though it isn't very long, it says so much. Great write!

Sometimes we just have no choice but to leave some people behind right when they leave us, otherwise we just hold onto emptiness, and that seems a bit more painful. Sounds like the person should deal with the consequence of missing the chance to know you, you shouldn't have to carry the sadness of it. It's hard because you want to be there for them still and you have questions, unresolved feelings, but if they crushed you badly once, they'll do it again, lesson unlearned.

Even though this is a random poem, it really expresses some important feelings and thoughts. I really admire the shortness but thoughtful emotions you put into it. Great write :)
