Daddy

Daddy

A Poem by So Sick of Love
"

not good just vented out my anger

"

Daddy

Why did you leave?

Did you not care about me?

Or want me?

Was I a disgrace?

Did I mean nothing to you?

Do you ever think of me?

Or even remember me?

Do you wish you stayed?

Or wished you visited?

Daddy

Why did you leave?

Yeah Daddy, why?
Why'd you leave this totally awesome writing chick?
Do you NOT know a good thing when you see one?
Dumbass.
Tay, he loves you. He just can't believe the fact that he made you.
I loved this poem. I could practically hear the anger in these sad words.

Sad. Its terrible that people live their children. Horrible in fact. I sorry for you.

Very strong words from a passionate person.
Maybe you shouldn't be so mad at him. Cause
Maybe he does want to see you, but doesn't know
How to do it. I mean you have to put yourself in his
Shoes, he probably doesn't know where you live. Or
Even if he did, do you expect him to just show up and
Say, hey I'm your scum bag dad that didn't vist or make
A attempt to see you for so long and now I want to be
Part of your life. These people don't know what they are
Talking about. Its harder then what you think.

Some questions can't be answered. If they are, then time is always the answer. You can really see the confusion and the anguish bleeding through.

Something can never truly be answered. A sad and powerful poem. Some questions are needed to be answered to make the heart know peace. A excellent poem.

Funny you wanted me to read this because I pretty much have a non existant relationship with my dad. These are all the questions I used to ask myself. I like it alot. You can feel the hurt...

Very good...it really reminds me of when my first stepfather left my family. It brought up so many questions, just like this.

To have a parent leave a child is heart breaking. I would ask the same questions. The poem's short length reflects to the very core of your feelings to a very simple question: "Why did you leave?"
Good Job! And know you have friends here.
