Story Seven: The Mysterious Alice

The Mysterious Alice

「I was too late」I stared at the small bottle with a card "DRINK ME" written on it. It was the drink Alice had drank before she shrank and went in the small door beside the table the drink was placed on. On the brim of the small bottle was Alice's saliva when she drank it a minute and a half ago. I noticed that there is still some of the drink left in the bottle. In order to follow Alice, I had to put my faith on that last bits of the drink. After I drank the drink, everything went really large, no, the drink just did it's job perfectly. Now that I am able to enter the small door, I tried to open the door but it didn't open, 
「Tch, Alice took the key with her」I had no other choice than to force the door open, 
「1, 2 ....!」I kicked the door open. The door was blown in to pieces, it did not go exactly the way I thought it would go but it opened the door so i won't complain.

When I went through the door, what I saw was green, forest just a vast forest. 
「I thought that wonderland is like a happy place or something but I guess I was wrong, I am not familiar with the story」I sighed. 

You might be wondering why I am in this predicament, well, it all started several minutes ago. I was wandering in the park near the academy when I saw a girl about the same age as me, probably younger. She was wearing a black frilly dress with white frilly apron. No matter how I look at her, she was not from the academy since she is not wearing the uniform of the academy. For me, I immediately thought that she is someone suspicious so I decided to follow her. During the time of me following the girl, I found out her name was Alice and she seemed to be following a white rabbit with fancy clothes. All I could in Alice was her back and I couldn't see her face since if I get too close, she might notice me following her. When I got the chance to see her face, she has gold eyes which matches perfectly with her pure white wavy heavy long hair. 

I kept on following her and I ended up getting pulled in that rabbit hole. Now, I am in the middle of an unknown forest without any clue of where Alice is. However, I can solve that problem easily,
「Sylphy」I opened my pocket watch's lid and a fairy came out of the pocket watch. Sylphy came out, she is a search fairy that can find anything you ask her to find, 
「What am suppose to search this time?」Sylphy was eager to look for something, well someone in the current moment, 
「I want you to find Alice, A girl, she is wearing a super frilly black dress and a super frilly white apron, white hair and gold eyes. Got it?」I told her who to search, 
「One more, don't ever let her notice you. The moment you find her, come back to immediately」I added more orders, 
「I got it! Kamine-sama!」She flew away as fast as she could. All I have to do is to wait for her to come back. 

Sylphy went back to me 7 minutes and 49 seconds, 
「Kamine-sama, I found her! Follow me!」Sylphy flew away as fast as she could and I followed her as fast as I could, 
「There she is, there she is, Kamine-sama. She is talking to a really handsome tall man with purple cat ears」 Sylphy looked at me like she thinks that I am following Alice because I have a thing for her, 
「I am telling you this just in case, I am following Alice because she was suspscious not because I want to stalk her so shut up」I grabbed Sylphy to shut her mouth close and then resumed observing Alice and whom I assume is Cheshire Cat is. While observing Alice, I saw her blushing as she talks with Cheshire Cat, 
「Am I observing an Otome Game Character?」I sarcastically laughed through my nose as I get closer to the three I was hiding on, 

「Wait, that Cat looks really suspicious.」I felt like Cheshire Cat was aware of my presence, 
「That damn Cat, I want to put an arrow through his head」I talked to myself, 
「Kamine-sama, can I go back to my house?」Sylphy looked really tired since she was out for a long time, 
「You can go back now」I gave her the permission to go back. 

Vision Change ~ Kamine to Alice ~ 

「Oh, Young Alice, do you have special to you?」Cheshire grinned at me, it was a bit creepy, 
「I do and that is what I want to ask you, have you seen Maher Lazurite II? He has a long black hair, red eyes, and a bit taller than me」I asked Cheshire, 
「Hmmm......I didn't see anyone........hm? Oh my, I need to go somewhere important. Go, Young Alice, your path is that way」Cheshire pointed to his left and then disappeared. 
「Maher-sama, where did you go to? I miss you」I mumbled to mysellf as I walk towards the way Cheshire showed me.....

Vision Change ~ Alice to Kamine ~ 

「Sylphy, did you hear that?」I opened the pocket watch when Alice was talking about someone. I was able to go close to them, enough to hear them talking, 
「Yes, I did but I won't look for him」Sylphy denied to my orders, 
「Why?」I asked Sylphy 
「I can't sense a single presence of Maher Lazurite II」Sylphy confidently answered me. The moment I heard Sylphy said that, I immediately gave up since Sylphy's sensor covers the whole world, if she can't even sense Maher Lazurite II's existence.

I already read it, i just didn't sent a review the first time I read it. The first thing I want to say is, Your last sentence is really awkward. Its more like the "if" shouldn't be a continuation within that conjunction. If you would like to you should make it into a proper sentence like, " If Sylphy cant sense Maher Laxurite', then that means he doesn't exist." My example really suck, so you should find another one. Or you can just delete it from"if she can't even sense Maher Lazurite's existence."
