We may fight, but we are one.

We may fight, but we are one.

A Poem by Terohime

It seemed like yesterday we were off
for the first time.

Off to a new adventure that lasts
around thirteen years.

That first day sent us to become independent
to start the journey to grow and develop.

We endured hardships
and even betrayal.

But that was all part of a bigger plan
a plan to grow into who you are.

Now i stand beside you
as you walk across that stage.

My sister i am proud of you
and even though we graduated two different ways.

It feels like i am walking across that stage with you
you will never know how proud i am of you.

You are not only my sister
you are my twin.

And even though i don't show it
I am proud of who you become.

I love you.

Happy Graduation Sister.

Author's Note

Terohime
This is a tribute to my twin sister who will be graduating high school this Friday. I am not with her upon that stage due to i got mine by different means. I am very proud of her and even though i am not up there with her physically, i know my spirit will be with her as she gets that diploma.

A sibling bond is wonderful but from what I hear a twin bond is twice as special… funny how some think because you are twins you will be a like personality wise when you are both individuals… with that said what a wonderfully moving tribute to your sister, I am sure she is just as proud of you.
