Take Care

Take Care

A Poem by Ian Faraway
"

Still on recovery, this is for the people who are getting past a heartbreak

"
Take Care

Because I’m no longer there

Good luck on your own

Because I’m not answering the phone

Take Care

Because life isn’t fair

Instead of crying to me

Go water a tree

Take Care

I say it as a dare

Stop breaking hearts

And leaving them in a thousand parts

Take Care

Because I do not

My heart is no longer for shares

And you’re long forgot

Perfect. That was nice in a way to say good bye in a relationship for the others to stop their ways and for you to get over the pain while both take care in their separate lives. Nicely done with it all in all with repetition and the rhyming of the words. It was very creative and an excellent read.

So true for people that just get out of a relationship. Quite a few feel this way. Great write though.

This was great. So simple and relatable(sp?) I loved the water a tree part haha, that was funny. This is how everyone has felt once in their life. Great job

So either someone broke your heart or you have an amazing concept on love .The line about watering a tree made me laugh .That's what I wanna tell a few people.I like how this was simple and not hard to comprehend ,but still had deep feelings attatched to it.
