Snow drift dreams

 

Shivering moonbeams twinkle,

whispered snowflakes flutter in their light

Hand in hand we stroll along flurried wishes,

leaving footprints of desire

 

I wrap you in my arms

as ice crystals sparkle on your lashes

and I see a warm spring day

reflecting in your eyes

 

Frosted breezes bring a chill,

blustery through pine needle branches

White blankets on bending silhouettes

swaying to the rhythm of our hearts

 

Still rosy cheeked smiles

and scarf bundled laughter sing,

echoing in snow drift dreams

of love on a winter’s night

This is so beautiful. I saw that font and wow, from the beginning, I'm sighing, aww, breathing in and slowly out to this lovely rhythm. I wrap you in my arms as ice crystals sparkle on your lashes and I see a warm spring day reflecting in your eyes (I see Ana quoted it, but it is phenomenal), White blankets on bending silhouettes (the visual you create is marvelous), swaying to the rhythm of our hearts. No, should have clarified, but been there....have some family there and spread around; near Charlotte NC. Lancaster PA, is beautiful, I agree. We live in a world with so much beauty. Love many mountain areas too.
