~bleached out blue jeans and James Dean

~bleached out blue jeans and James Dean

A Poem by Frieda P
"

just some eye candy for the girls ;)

"
Bleached out blue jeans
     and broken dreams,
ripping at the seams of my soul
   as you strutted your stuff,
unraveled in lusty affection's turn
torn apart of faded intentions
   inky patches of forget-me-knots
in dyed midnight illusions
tied to the darkly hue'd' requiem
     of your rogue stylish charms
killer looks and James Dean appeal
  left me stranded and hooked
in your game of gangsta's paradise
unbuttoned of chain'd denial
my heart's anticipation of big dreams
out of rhythm'd time pacin' to an
          old burning promised dance
no rhyme left in 'til the end of time'

Ha, you want me to review THIS Mrs.R? ;P First off, yes, I know you're having fun, don't worry...I have this vision of your forehead going right to your palm when you see that question...but I'll be honest, if anyone else besides you wrote this, I'd be swiftly moving on to the next poem...this will be ironic if I get the first review in, insanely ironic if it's the featured one...I'm giggling just thinking about that actually haha ...still it probably won't surprise you that line two is my favourite, and the last line is absolute money...I wonder if my character from that elevator poem is anything like this ;P Nicely done my dear...I wanna go buy some jeans now..xo

Well I suppose every now and again a bit of ' rough ' can be pleasantly appealing....but has he any ink in his pen would be my concern Frieda ?

A fine poetic ' walk on the wild side ' !

I may be in heaven just looking at them pictures but your poem was awesome, too. I mean, I loved how you wrote it. :) Just the pictures distracted me a little. ;-) Hahahaah!!!

Oh la la Frieda, now I know where your mind was when you wrote this! The last line of this poem is absolutely class, I loved it. Why didn't I think of that? ;)) Very, very, very x100 nice poem.

This pretty much explains why I stick to my rough look . It helps in creating such beautiful poems from some beautiful mind :) Helps in finding the kind soul ;)

What a sexy but not quite steamy work you have here love! Sort of the PG 13 of poetry.

inky patches of forget-me-knots

I enjoyed the word play of this line, I thought it was clever as you often are. Wonderful work dear!

Jazz'd you enjoyed my PC rendition, do they have a banner for PG-13? :)
Does "till the end of time" really exist anymore? Not so sure from all I have experienced and seen through the years. Still, there is something about those tight faded jeans draped over the contour of a man like James Dean...that ultimate bad boy. He was our rebel and whether he had a cause or not, we wanted him to be with through the end of time, didn't we? But it was not to be. We are left to write poetry about bad boys like him who left all too soon. A good one, Frieda. Lydi**

Well i guess you are having a whole lot of chocolaty time which inspires you to write this "burn the tongue poem".. but seriously such man should be banned from society of prim and proper women.. ha ★winks★... i got an eyefull.. i couldn't stop ogling the picture..

Ooohhh.. so mission accomplished.. ha ;). De nada N***a
How many times must I ask you not to write poetry about me? :)

We all have desires and turn-ons. Personally, I like to see women admitting they enjoy the shallow yet powerful attractions between the sexes.

Glad to see you feeding the frenzy. Ha. Keep the fires hot baby.

Nice tribute to JD and respect for the desires of the girls. As always written in smooth metaphors that blissfully engage the page.
