Just Dependence

Just Dependence

A Chapter by Ethan Paz
"

A lyric desiring just dependence only because only Jesus satisfies.

"

I thought I was pure

Righteous in Your eyes.

I thought I had desired You

Over everything.

I thought I had conquered

Sin and the world.

But I stand lost

By myself.

Let dependence rain

From my heart

I’m wanting to know you more.

Let praises ring

From my mouth

Oh Lord I sing

Of thy greatness

Of thy mercy to me.

Let me be hopeless

That I may hope in you.

I can’t survive on my own

Caze sin just drags me down.

Teach me thy ways

Refine me, do what it takes.

For I can’t walk it on my own.

I need you Abba, help my soul.

Let dependence rain

From my heart

I’m wanting to know you more.

Let praises ring

From my mouth

Oh Lord I sing

Of thy greatness

Of thy mercy to me.

Ohhh (4x)

Let dependence rain

Let prayers come to honor thee.

Teach us Your ways

Let songs of praise come to thee

Oh Lord our Great Humble King.

Your are our God

Our great Humble King.

Your are our God

Our great Humble King.
