(EXS) Tentacle Princess - Intro

An Extra Story (EXS) about Tentacle Princess: Ran's favorite anime.

Below the thunders of the upper deep;

Far, far beneath in the abysmal sea, 

His ancient, dreamless, uninvaded sleep

The Kraken sleepeth: faintest sunlights flee

About his shadowy sides: above him swell

Huge sponges of millennial growth and height;

Yes, the Kraken is well known among sea-faring cultures. A giant squid capable of destroying entire ships at a time was included in many legends and stories. Pirate stories were some of the most popular. 

Could this creature really exist? Science proves that it is possible. Two species of squid fit the size ranges of Kraken legends: The Giant squid, and the Colossal Squid. The sleepy girl let the remote fall from her hand after she'd hid the 'power' button.  The late night special hadn't caught her interest at all. All the black haired girl wanted to do was sleep. 

Little did she know that within the next few days, her life would be changing thanks to the same creature that had been haunting her TV screen.
