It is so obvious I am sure The way that I feel About you Do you notice though My eyes? Can you see How I feel? I don't see others Only you I always listen to you Your sweet voice When you are around No one else is When you speak All is quiet When you feel something I do too When you want an opinion I take your side When you look at me I am calm yet alive When you walk into a room No one else is there When you need something I am there When you ask I always answer When I leave for a while I worry about you Are you going to be ok? Do you need me for something? When you are not ok I notice right away When you are upset I ask if I can help When you laugh I look at your sweet face When you frown I see your sad eyes I want you to know How I feel I want to know Could you feel the same? I'm afraid you may want another Another man Could this be true? This would hurt me so much When you are somewhere else I am with you When I am away You are always with me When will I be able to tell you? Of my true love for you? What will you say To my expressions of love?

You bare your soul into this piece, not many people can portray such emotions into their work and you have done so! Many can relate to this, myself being one. I feel exactly where you are coming from by your detailed work and expression of love; fear of not knowing if one loves you back. I see the imagery so vividly, thank you for sharing!

I wrote this at a hotel provided computer station. I had just left this girl in the dance hall....i was too timid to ask her to dance since i was incredibly in love with her and was afraid of being too obvious...

Her and I were friends, more or less, and co workers. But those feelings were incredibly strong and simply needed to be expressed that night. So i found a computer and started typing! I didnt even write a draft. I just wrote this and posted it.

I think many people feel this way at one point or another. Then again, there are many people in the world that only know how to love themselves and it only extends to others to the point of self gain. It is a good write that shows that you have a caring and giving spirit. Good job

The man that writes this kind of poetry reveals himself as emotional man. There aren't that many guys like this around anymore. Men are master's at concealing their emotions. You just said what I think every guy thinks, but is afraid to say out loud. These are the reflections of a man in love. Good stuff.

I have come to learn that not expressing love when you feel it early on becomes too overwhelming for the lov-er. You ( in general) often make it too perfect..play all the parts out before all the characters are known. It is when it's realized ....there is no going back. No do overs. so heart wrenching. Thank you for sharing your feelings.

yes...feelings I am always curious how they differ in persons and how we interpret and learn from them.

I felt like my heart was entwined with hers. I wanted to be near her and around her all the time. I wanted to know how she was all the time. I was very attracted to her as well. I would have waited though for a long time to touch her if necessary. I simply wanted to make her happy somehow...someway. I dreamed about her....i fantasized about her....etc etc

No. She was a work mate. (sorry i missed this comment) We were friends and she didnt realize i had those feelings.
