Verse 20: Desire

Verse 20: Desire

A Chapter by Glen Yumang Manese

Desire

Is this all-possible I can finally find love?

A lover’s prayer answers no recognition.

Haunts mind to no end.

Day by day goes by unanswered.

Receive validation of a woman.

These eyes need to see.

Just is a moment’s consolation.

Indeed a journey has answered the question.

That wishes do come true.

Asking has called desire.

Looking is each moment.

Lose all sight of vision.

Never see her image again.

Darkness has consumed this heart.
