Let it Snow

Let it Snow

A Poem by MsJewel

~~~
As stars that shine on winter nights
are to the moon's beauty
when snowflakes whisper in the wind
so was his love to me
And still he shines deep in my heart
and whispers in the glow
of winter nights and pale moons
Please love…let it snow
This was beautiful. A great many folks on the east coast got more snow than they bargained for these last few days, I was in the lower elevations and there was a torrential rain storm followed by forty mile an hour winds and lightning. It was quite the experience. At least there were no tornadoes here. I enjoyed the read. F.
Your words flow so gently, like snowflakes floating in the air. In just a few lines so beautifully sculpted, one can sense the emotion behind them and the deep feelings that still linger. A perfect write to read on this New Year's morning, Julie. I hope your New Year is filled with much love and happy moments.
Isnt it funny how the site of snow the smell of cookies baking remind us of moments in the past that we felt most alive.
Snow and romance make a good team with a log fire going. Also snow has that gentleness about it just like love. Nice write Julie.
And to you too :)
dear Julie.... when snowflakes whisper in the moon's glow...
you shine the brightest, and your lover knows... you will find him
beneath a quilt of softly falling snow. May blue birds circle the
place you call home... with wishes for the best New Year ever.
truly, Pat
