I usually get to the breakdown part long before I understand what separating colours meant. And I've just bought an orange t shirt and am freaking out whether I need to buy a washing machines worth of orange or just put it in with my last mistake, a neon green t shirt I thought would be handy as a beacon in case mountain rescue couldn't find me at the bottom of the mountain if I fell.
I only mention this because women think we're stupid, but not as stupid as we are. We need instructions for everything, which I proved when I complained about my new shower not saying anything about taking clothes off first.
It is no laughing matter though, when you realise the devastation behind the numb automaton you see before you, trying to hold it together for the kids while mourning inwardly with every excruciating breath.
We are truly a hopeless species, but it only becomes apparent when you realise how much she done and wonder if you take two sugars in your coffee or not.
I've often wondered why women are so good at reading like men, and then I remember, it is because they are not men.
I just recently got a new washing machine and was ready to call the electrician, before realising that it had an on button that wasn't just hitting the off button twice. Two buttons for off and on... Who can live at this speed? 😊
