Why does she no longer leave a trace of herself   

behind     

I suspect because you frightened her

 away  

Just like you have so many

Neville, I never knew Frieda, but I have heard from others here how sorely she is missed. If she left because of another, that is so sad to learn. It is wonderful that you are thinking of her today and I am sure you will get many visitors here who will second that. All good wishes for you

I had messaged Frieda few months ago regarding her come back to writerscafe but received no reply....I can no way declare a certain reason of Frieda's closed account....none of us can I guess except Frieda...
It's a pleasure to have you write upon the matter of her absence here...May she becomes active here again, soon!

What I enjoyed most about Freida was her endless array of poetical brilliance, her originality in literally everything she wrote, whether it was a poem, a comment, or a review, how her vibrant personality, and quick wit always shined through.
Among her works my favorites were the surprisingly impacting Haiku and Senryu like no one else's … for instance:

I am quite new and so don't know who Frieda is but your poem is lovely and indicates that she must have been a really wonderful writer and a sweet friend. I really liked the lines- I suspect because you frightened her away .Just like you have so many others. It's so true that the troller's do both discourage and frighten a writer and need to learn to appreciate others. I really wish I could have read some of her works.

I’m regretful that I did not know her Neville, as I have read many positive comments about her. It blows me away to read your tribute to her and realize that a troll on-site hurt her so much. The form and flow of your words are lovely, and the ending of the poem with that question mark is truly touching. I hope she knows that you and many others here remember her and that she has healed and is still writing. It is abhorent that such a thing happens here. Thank you for so eloquently reminding us of that, and of Freida.
