Lessons of Time

Heed them

Time drifts through the atmosphere

Each second calling out:

Hours of the past whisper,

"Learn from us."

Eons of the future exclaim,

"It's possible!"

While the present moment sweetly sings,

"Embrace me..."

i wish we embraced moments more than we do...and those who don't will regret it in future, because there will be no memories.

i am so lucky to have all of my memories of the 50's--and my time spent in Vermont as a kid...the pictures are so clear in my mind, i need no slides to look at to remember.
