Wake up!  

No need to keep on dreaming

Welcome trilling swallows,

Gentle breezes,

Sunlight streaming

Take your nighttime fancies

But don’t put them away

It’s time to make them all come true

On this make-something-happen day

LOL, maybe just a little bit.
Mornings are not my best time...
But it seems that they are yours!
I'm a bit jealous of people who can bounce out of bed, all wide-awake and singing.
Seriously, though, it's a lovely piece, and I think I'm going to hang it beside my bed...maybe it will inspire me to get up in the morning with a bit of attitude...like my perky little pal, Rita.

can you make th temperature in England rise a little...just a few degrees would do...it is so cold here...Waking up is no problem but plucking up the courage to actually get out of bed to face yet another freezing May day is something else.....Nice poem by the way
