Interestingly enough this is the first piece of poetry that I've read in some time, and it tore to my spirit as it captures precisely how I feel right now. Thank you... your words have transcended art for me here.

I am glad it could touch you, Travis.
But don't like the hurt involved.

dear Jacob… it is amazing that we were born to
💗 love and when the light burns out we are left forlorn. Wishing you Candles that keep your Romantic 💜 Heart healthy and hungry for an
Adventure among the Stars ⭐️ tenderly, Pat
Love can in a number of ways, be compared to a lightbulb. It can be switched on and fill a once dark enclosure with luminescence. On the other hand, when it finally burns out, there is darkness until a replacement is installed. And, depending on the power of the flameout, that can take a long time.
It's so easy to get burn-out of the heart. But a heart that doesn't burn for something has no passion. It's left waiting for the dawn of day to hopefully clear out the cobwebs of confusion. A short, pensive and powerful write. F.
