Little teddy bear

lying in my bed

remembering

everything that was said

Sun rising

outside of my window

thinking of

why I feel so low

the past was dark

the present harsh

I need to find a way

let my spirit roam

what's inside of me

The strength I possess

the pain I confess

making it hard to walk again
