chapter 17 your engaged?

(Jake's pov) 

I find her passed out on the couch then I saw she had a engagement ring on eiza starts crying so jane just gets up and lays takes her to my couch and sleeps the baby just snugles up with her and falls asleep jane wakes up at 9 pm what time is it she asked the b by pulled up her shirt trying to breast feed. Nine pm jane thanks for helping me she hands me eliza sorry to bump your couch she says she fixes her shirt jane I say as she grab her jacket 

Your engaged? I ask she looks down hmm? She asks she passes out what's going on? I say jane this isnt funny I say as eilza crys jane I say as I shake her then I see it blue lips I call for help and she taken away she called me

me: how did you get my number?

Jane: you gave it to me I just called to thank you thats all 

Me: why didnt you tell me your engaged? 

Jane: why didn't you call me for 8 years she said 

She had a point .

Jane: and I am not engaged my ring dropped when I got to your home and one of the builders got down on one knee as a joke I just forgot to fix it

Me: so your not going to evan? 

Jane: I can't say yes or no on that one hun ;)

me: will stop flirting with me the child won't sleep get over here and sing her a song

Jane: but im on a date......

Me: with who I ask 

Jane: ................jake

Jane: I hear the phone fall and a sight "I love you"

The baby starts to cry again 

Shhh shhh shhhh daddy is here I said to see that jane lefted her jacket I wrap her in the jaket she stops crying and snuggles up in it
