Journal entry 2013/06/29 and 07/03

2013/06/29 Went mettle detecting today at some of the WWII bunkers hear on the island. I was able to find multiple 30-06 cases that date from 1932 to 1944 including one original Peters 30G1906, witch was latter changed to (Springfield 30-06) by dropping the G19. I also found some .30 carbine cases dating at 1944 and a Zippo that looks like it may be WWII.

2013/07/03 Went out to dinner for my birthday this evening with a friend and two of her kids; it was a lot of fun.
