sometimes a word screams for me to build a poem around it, and having no will against the word, I must obey

Parasthesia -
collapsing
my lungs;
filling me
with sooty
panic, and
dypsnic doubts -

dypsnic? or dypsneic?

Sometimes an all-inclusive word that is mainly used to describe, define, and/or perhaps depict a variety of different possible/probable symptoms of a diagnosed medical condition needs more direction to uniquely focus on a writer's intent.

English has so many professional dialects as well as regional idioms that cross-understandings often suffer regardless of the ability of native speakers efforts to clarify or even direct perceptions.

These spellings are interchangeable. We are both correct.

Or were you asking me to define them? Parasthesia/Paresthesia/Paraesthesia - is the (to me) horrible tingly/numb feeling we get sometimes - dypsnic or dypsneic is the strange, shallow, yet painful clicking breath you get when your lungs are losing elasticity, due to cancer or other lung disease. Is that what you were asking?
