Coyote

Coyote

A Chapter by Lyn Anderson
"

an attempt to express the unexpressable for John -- Coyote Poetry.

"
I sit in the wilderness of my room,
a half made bed,
books piled all around;
a world away --
my screen flashing, beckoning

His howl enters me through
written beauty
romance swept
so powerful
so right
so true --

His words move me
as only a wolf could do.

His words move me

He is a gift to us all. That is for sure.

Coyote's a vet same as me. He was in the Army and I'm a Marine so we came from different branches but once out we're all brothers. Coyote's my boy.

They do they really do :)
Thank you for the beautiful poetry. You honor me with the words. I pick the Coyote without knowing. The coyote is the joker and the animal of wisdom in Native American myth.
