New Eye View

New Eye View

A Chapter by Kenneth The Poet

Seeing things in a
divergent manner than we
already know of,

we have the chance to
expand our own horizons
in new, awesome ways.

Imagine an ant
crawling on its belly, can
only see the ground,

and above at the
giants flying overhead,
an astounding sight.

But an isotope,
a radioactive stick
of something causes

an epic growth spurt,
the kind seen only in film,
and graphic novel.

A bug's eye view has
a new meaning, the kind of
view that a bird owns.

No matter the way,
the language device being
utilized, seeing

events with new eyes
allows the race as a whole
to grow together,

closer and tighter
than previously thought of,
we are one body.

United by one
molecule, an accident
of a cosmic kind,

an indifference
that would still the fiery depths
of our Tartarus.

This is why our kind
seeks that level connection,
the deepest level.

Or maybe there is
an unseen love driving us
onward toward that

connection we so
desperately seek and so
desperately crave.

Whatever the case is,
a new eye view is the one
to make us all whole.

Because this willful
division we seek will kill
us off really quick.
