Chapter Five

It didn't take long for Dad to get impatient. He beeped his horn several times at the car in front of us. I wondered if we would ever get there. At the rate we were going, we probably wouldn't. With half an hour left of the long-winded car trip, I was bored as anything, and even more fed up than Dad-something which I did not think possible.

"Get me my phone would you honey?" Dad asked.
