The Boundaries of Perception

The Boundaries of Perception

A Chapter by Richard B. Berry

The monopoly on the almighty
Is but a deluded perception
Of those blinded by arrogance
And guided by ignorance

Too many exist
Within limited boundaries
Imposed by their fears
Enforced by prejudice

How can something
The Alpha and the Omega
Be so limited
As to fit into a human paradigm
That cannot see beyond
Its own limited reality

How presumptuous
To say we share the likeness
Of an entity
That is everywhere and everything
But cannot be clearly defined

It is an impossibility
For there to be one singular truth
When each person
Has there own unique perceptions
Not to mention comprehension
Of what is

There is no collective consciousness
From where we think as one
From there, logically
There is a different reality
A different truth
For each individual mind
And a different manifestation
Of the almighty
For each person
Which would be based on their
Understanding
Their perceptions
