Prologue

this tells you the monster rules

Oita high school is not a normal school it teaches monsters. Monsters do have rules to follow, but they’re not as bad as the angel or demon rules. In this school many monster are different, but all monsters have wings. Monsters need their wings to survive, but wings aren’t what you think they are. There are really to types of wings, one is to be able to fly and the other is basically your opposite monster. If your second wing is killed (your opposite) is destroyed then you die as well.

Monster rules

One)         Never lose your wings

Two)         If you kill a human use a human weapon

Three)    Never tell a human about monsters

Four)        At the age of 17, all monster have to get the wings

"Oita high school is not a normal school it teaches monsters." I think 'it' should be 'that' or maybe you should say 'Oita High isn't just a normal school, it's a school for monsters!' it kinda flows better^_^
"There are really to types of wings" 'to' should be 'two'
"If your second wing is killed (your opposite) is destroyed then you die as well." You don't need the is after '(your opposite)'
also you should put a little ':' after Monster Rules:D
Other then those the idea is good and it seems like an interesting story! I do suggest reading it out loud to yourself so that you can pick out any errors and fix some of the areas that could flow a tad bit better:) I do look forward to reading more and remember I'm here to help you and give advice and not everything I say needs to be taken to heart and changed/ messed with:)
